Abertay University Law Society 👩‍⚖️

As one of the largest academic societies at Abertay University, AULS is prominent on campus and on social media. Our aim is to provide the best opportunities to members through our programme of academic and social events. Furthermore, we place a great deal of focus on initiatives aimed at improving mental health and on charitable endeavours throughout the year. Our vision is all about putting our members at the heart of what we do, in turn they will aid us in our pursuit of becoming the top university law society in Scotland.

While many of our members are enrolled on the LLB (Hons) Law course, our society is not exclusively for law students. In fact, our very own Marketing Officer, Alisha Qurban, studies BA (Hons) Computer Arts. Our culture is an inclusive one, in which everybody is welcome. Therefore, our academic events cater to a wide variety of people with interests in a range of areas such as: law, politics, history, technology, business or finance. Similarly, our social events are designed to offer something for everyone – with the Law Ball being our flagship event.
