What made you choose to join the Abertay University Law Society?

The Law Society offered a group of friendly, likeminded individuals with a shared interest in the law to socialise with and ease the transition into university.

What made you pursue a career in law?

I would like to be a member of a profession that, through the application and upholding of the law, underpins justice and morality within society.

What areas of law are you most interested in or passionate about?

The areas of law I’m most interested in are criminal law, legal philosophy, and business law.

If you could speak to a famous lawyer, alive or deceased, who would it be and what would you discuss?

Viscount Stair. I would like to discuss his views on the modern Scottish legal system, whether it differs from what he had in mind when he pioneered Scots Law, and the changes he would possibly like to make.
