What made you choose to join the Abertay University Law Society?

Having a close knit community of people that will support you through the entirety of your course, not just academically but emotionally too.

What made you pursue a career in law?

I have wanted to pursue a career in law ever since the realisation of how much improvement the Scottish legal system needs desperately. Although one person cannot the make drastic change that is needed, Rome was not built in a day!!

What areas of law are you most interested in or passionate about?

I am extremely passionate about criminal prosecution and, likewise, criminal law has been my biggest interest so far.

If you could speak to a famous lawyer, alive or deceased, who would it be and what would you discuss?

I would love the opportunity to speak to Dorothy Bain, she is an extremely influential woman and has given many the confidence to pursue law as a career. She is the second ever woman to hold office as Lord Advocate in Scotland, and will certainly not be the last!:)
