Your Vice President - Luke Webster

Hi, I am a Games Design and Production student on a sabbatical from my studies as Vice-President! I enjoy gaming (my favourite being Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood), and watching films (The Social Network being my favourite film).

Whilst at Abertay, I have held a number of roles in my course and in working directly with the Students’ Association.

I have been Class Rep from 2022-2024 and Division Rep from 2023-2024 with both these roles helping me learn the most effective ways to represent students as well as learning how to best communicate whilst passing on feedback.

I’ve also acted as a Student Trustee for the Students’ Association giving me a unique insight into working with the Association

My goals this year are:

• Hosting events to fundraise for charity and to increase student socialisation

• Increase collaboration between societies

• Student spaces on campus with 24-hour access

• Student Wellbeing
