What is AberPics Society?

AberPics is a space for aspiring and experienced photographers and videographers to share knowledge and build up their skills

Who is it for?

Anyone who is interested in photography or videography (You don't need a fancy camera, even your phone camera will be perfect)

Why join?

Meet new people, learn a new skill, take cool photos and videos, and share and gain knowledge!

How much would it cost?

£5 for students, and £8 for non-students for an entire Academic Year (Sep - May)

Where and when do we meet? 🗓

We have events, whether that be a photo walk or a presentation every other week, with the day and time being decided by vote on our discord. We also post our social calendar every month on our Instagram, where we also announce the winners of our monthly photo competitions.

Do you have a general enquiry about societies?

You can set up your own society if it doesn't exist yet, and for existing societies the committee hub has all the info you need on society finances, running a society and more.
