Each Society will be showcased on the Students’ Association website. This area will display information about your Society, your contact information, and any details you wish to display about upcoming events or regular meetings. Membership fees will be collected through the website, where all aspects of Society Membership can be managed.
Please remember all societies must have at least eight members. If membership falls under the eight members, you may be disaffiliated.
We have a Societies Coordinator who can work with you to liaise with the University’s External and Corporate Relations department to promote your Society and advertise through these channels.
Societies may be contacted by journalists who are interested in the activities of your Society. We encourage you to use them to highlight your Society and the great work you do. We ask that, before any press or media release, the Society informs the Students Association Vice President. We are not interested in censorship but want to ensure we are aware and your Society is protected.
