Committee Meetings

Your Committee is expected to have at least monthly meetings. The minute of these meetings must be given to the association for audit purposes. Committee meetings can be held during normal Society meetings.

Society Council

Society Council meets monthly from September to April in each academic year. The agenda will be circulated a week before the meeting, and the Society should nominate one person from their Committee to attend to represent their Society. Please see the appropriate schedules to familiarise yourself with the process and expectations of the council.
