What made you choose to join the Abertay Islamic Society?
To help Muslims get together within Abertay and show them that there are others like that. Also to each our to the community and give back to others.
How has being a part of the Abertay Islamic Society impacted your faith journey and your relationship with Allah?
It has strengthened my faith and shown me how to become more resilient during difficult times.
How has being a part of the Abertay Islamic Society influenced your relationships with other students on campus, both within and outside the society?
It has shown me that there are others like me and I can reply on others if I’m needing help.
What is one aspect of your faith that you have been able to explore and deepen through your involvement in the Abertay Islamic Society?
One aspect that has deepened for me is giving back. Ever since I’ve joking AIS I’ve been able to help others in Abertay and around me, especially the less fortunate around the world.
If you could time travel, would you go to the past or the future, and why?
I would love to time travel to the future to see how we would live and what’s changed from our present time to the future.
What's your favourite board game or video game, and what makes it so enjoyable for you?
My favourite game is UNO and playing with friend and family make it’s enjoyable for me.
What's the most adventurous thing you've ever done or would like to do in the future?
The most adventurous thing actively that I have done was skydive over the plan in Dubai.
